At Work Authority, we stand behind the quality of our safety footwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure the original shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
